Women in Nuclear Global Conferences

Every year since its beginning, Women in Nuclear Global has held an annual conference to celebrate the contribute women make to nuclear and radiation applications around the world. The annual conference is a unique opportunity for networking, career development, dissemination of information on nuclear and radiological developments and the development of long lasting friendships. The conferences are hosted by a WiN chapter, with an aim of achieving equitable geographical representation in location.

The programme for WiN Global conferences typically consists of the WiN General Assembly, technical sessions, workshops, key notes, and technical and cultural tours.

The conferences also include a Chapter Report session, where delegates provide an overview of the nuclear situation in their country/region and the achievements of their Chapter.

Since 2009, Australia has sent delegate/s to these conferences.
